General information

The service provider and the administrator of your personal data is the International Conference Center "Krzyżowa" sp. z o. o. (hereinafter referred to as "MCK" or "Administrator"), with its registered office in Krzyżowa No. 7, 58-112 Grodziszcze, entered into the National Court Register under KRS number 0000289406, REGON: 020590003, NIP: 8842640247, with the share capital of PLN 50,000, fully paid up.

The Provider is the controller of personal data in relation to data provided voluntarily by users when visiting the website, using the services or participating in various types of marketing campaigns that may be conducted by the Provider, e.g. newsletter, contact form.

You have the right to request:

  • restrictions on processing (Article 18 of the GDPR),
  • request the transfer of data to another controller (Article 20 of the GDPR).

    • for reasons related to your particular situation – in relation to the processing of your personal data based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (i.e. on our legitimate interests) – Article 21(1) of the GDPR;
    • if personal data are processed for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing – Article 21 paragraph 2 of the GDPR.

Establishing contact and submitting a report

For what purpose do we process data?: handling your inquiries or reports

On what basis do we process data?: contract actions taken at your request, aimed at its conclusion (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR) - if your inquiry or notification concerns a contract to which we are or may be a party (e.g. it concerns the newsletter or use of the contact form). In addition, the basis is our legitimate interest in processing your data for the purpose of communicating with you (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR - if your inquiry or notification is not related to the contract or until we take into account your objection to the processing of your personal data

How long will the data be processed?: for the duration of the contract binding us or - if the contract is not concluded - 2 years from the moment you send the enquiry or notification

What happens if I don't provide my data?: We will not be able to answer your question or process your request

Conducting analytical (statistical) activities

For what purpose do we process data: analysis of how the website is used and navigated, in order to adapt the website to the needs and behavior of Users

On what basis do we process data: our legitimate interest in processing data for the purpose specified above (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR)

How long will the data be processed: until the cookies used for analytical purposes expire or are deleted by you

What will happen if I do not provide the data: we will not be able to actively develop the website and it may work worse on the User's side

Data security

When processing your personal data, we use organizational and technical measures in accordance with applicable law, including connection encryption using an SSL/TLS certificate.

In addition, we use organizational solutions to ensure the highest possible level of protection and confidentiality (training, internal regulations, conduct policies, password policies, etc.) and have appointed a Data Protection Officer.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These files are saved in the memory of your device (computer, phone) and do not cause changes to your device settings.

We use cookies for the following purposes: remembering your session, statistical, and marketing.

Transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Union

Your personal data may also be processed by entities outside the European Union. The appropriate level of protection of your data, including through the use of appropriate safeguards, is ensured by the participation of these entities in the so-called Data Privacy Framework, a program established by the implementing decision of the European Commission as a set of principles guaranteeing adequate protection of your privacy - in the case of entities from the United States of America.

We reserve the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy if required by law or changes to the websites, as well as to improve the operation of the website. The date specified below is the effective date of the privacy policy in the last version.
